This was the "Biden Family" (Inc.) trying to bypass the U.S. sanctions against Russia. China pays Hunter, Hunter pays Joe. Nice way to pay for your 4 homes Joe.
China had Hunter's energy company buy 14% of Russia's state run oil company so they could sell the oil on the world market and avoid U.S. sanctions!
