Default How to Fix the Supreme Court

The way to save the court is to create another one.

The United States should join scores of other nations, including Germany and France, and create a specialized court to decide constitutional questions. The most contentious and important legal issues — whether states can ban abortion, or whether the president can refuse subpoenas or mandate travel bans — should be shifted from the Supreme Court to a new court created to decide such issues.

What??????? The point of the SC is to decide constitutional questions. A second court isn't needed when the first court is doing just that. What is wrong with you?

    Stop crying Democrats
Democrats aren’t crying, rather pointing out the obvious, Barrett and Beer Ball are 100% partisan political appointees, they were put there for a particular purpose, which yesterday’s Wisconsin ballot decision even without Barrett proved

What it does is open up the door for Democrats if or when they win both the Executive and Legislative Branches of Gov’t, which will happen at some point. Mitch set the precedent, so anything is possible

He's basing his support on not liking their decisions not on whether or not they're doing a good job.

In other words, you claim something is wrong yet admit you'll do wrong if you get the chance.

For years the left has used the court to push their ideology like abortion and gay "marriage" so now they are pissed that may be going away.

That’s ironic coming from a Trumpkin, kinda like when they accuse another individual of lying, I am saying that Mitch knew what he was doing and it would be hypocritical of him and the right not to expect the obvious

Those are individual rights - not ideological.

You mean more palatable for millions who think like you, right ButtenderElite?

America doesn't need you, comrade. Go Socialize in Canada.

Claiming appointments made by Obama (Sotomayor and Kagan) and Clinton (RBG and Breyer) weren't pushing a left wing ideology.

Palatable means someone that pushes their ideology.
