Not such a bad idea- although your time-scale is impractical. More frequent voting could restore democracy- which has been trashed . Regular Computer-voting should take place on every issue that we cannot trust to partisan politics. Make politicians scribes and clerks again, not personality pimps with spurious resources.

Limiting fraud is not disenfranchising voters... They've had a LOOOOOOOONG fucking time now to mail in their god damn ballot... If they can't manage to plan ahead and get it in before election day, then it's their own god damn fault for being so fucking stupid... They could also vote in person, whether early or on election day... It is not at all difficult to vote... If people can't figure it out, then that's on them...
