Default Rumor has it that Biden will appoint President Obama as his Secretary of State or

Chief of Staff or some other capacity. Biden may even appoint President Obama to the Supreme Court if a position opens up.

Wouldn't that be great to have President Obama working in the White House again?

Judge Juan M. Merchan wrote that Trump “appears to take the position that his situation and this case are unique and that the pre-trial publicity will never subside. However, this view does not align with reality.”

Would he need to be elected first?

Obama was a constitutional professor. He might fit on the court. I can't see him doing that.

Wouldn't happen, maybe the SCOTUS, but that is also doubtful, lacks the actual experience, but then again, Trumps last three appointees were pretty light on that also, but don't see it happening

No. Obama was a slacker of a President and relatively ineffective. While he could be nominated to the Supreme Court (as Taft was), he is really unqualified. His law license is inactive and he's not even really a lawyer right now. He has ZERO actual legal practice and if his days as a lecturer at the University of Chicago law school are any indication, he's not well versed in any part of US law.

As Secretary of State, he wouldn't be any more incompetent than John Kerry (completely incompetent) or duplicitous and malicious than the Hildabeast was. So, if Biden wants an ineffective SoS, Obama would fit that role nicely.

"Obama was a slacker of a President and relatively ineffective," must be the view from inside the Fox bubble cause Historians currently have Obama ranked anywhere from twelfth to eighteenth, and is usually the case, in time, one's ranking usual rises a few spots
