When I die, turn me into a brick and use me to cave in the skull of a fascist
I'm on the side of those who want a two-state solution.
Israel shouldn't be occupying the WB or Gaza (or Golan).
But the Palestinians must recognize Israel's right to exist.
If Israel doesn't want to withdraw, then they should make the Palestinians citizens of Israel. Otherwise, it's an Apartheid state.
Thanks for asking; no one ever asks my views on Israel, and I don't wade into that debate because it quickly devolves into anti-Semitic trash.

"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

The first job of the president is to protect the people. Trump failed miserably and it is getting worse. We are nearing a quarter-million dead and will go much higher. We have more deaths and cases than any other country and 25 percent of the world total. How can you spin failure and stupidity into success?
Trump fought the governors who wanted to do their jobs. He put them in bad positions and some like Whitmer got threatened with kidnapping and killing. How bad a person does Trump have to be before you rightys get the message?
You guys are believers. Think a little. Gay marriage was going to destroy marriage. Did it? Nope, more marriages than ever. But you were triggered to fight and believe. And you were fooled.

Yup.
The Trump Virus narrative was a well run misinformation campaign executed by democrats and their media Lap Dogs. You’re exactly right: governors and local leaders executed the COVID response.
When Biden says “I will listen to the scientists” what’s that mean, exactly lol? Biden can’t do anything more than Trump did or didn’t do. It’s up to the governors and local leaders to either follow the guidelines—or not.
Biden actually signaled that he would be an impotent bystander when he brought up a national mask mandate. A President doesn’t have the authority to do that. A president can restrict immigration [like Trump did and got called a xenophobe for it] but he can’t mandate masks, institute lockdowns, close restaurants and etc.
So, if the media succeeds in dragging Joe across the line, nothing of any substance is going to change on the COVID front. In fact, if/when that happens, they’ll just continue to blame Trump for Biden’s impotence on COVID. And you can take that to the bank.
It’s all a big load of election year horse shit.

It’s a natural phenomenon. There are limits to what can be done with/about it. It’s been a process, but I think many people are coming around to that realization; and that we can’t just go into hiding till it’s gone.
Thankfully, there are no shortage of optimists who are ready to go on living—in spite of the virus.
They tend to be Trump supporters.
