This problem has been delayed by the Repubs because having millions of families thrown into the street would be a bad look before the election. They have no problem starting Nov. 4th. So just wait and you can have all that fun that eviction gives you.
They are beliefs.

Probably.... I went to quote a job today for a GC I do stuff for. The lady is in an apartment without working air conditioning (not a problem currently) and has no heat. She is Section 8 so the government won't pay the landlord until the place is fixed (probably late next week if they approve my quote which is going to be--guessing--close to $5000 to do all the stuff necessary to code.) This lady said she's been in the apartment for 15 years and has never had heat before... But now all-of-a-sudden it's a problem with the government...
I'm betting the landlord doesn't get the back for the place once it is fixed.
I'm calling this complex the "Fleabag apartments." (I have "cute" names for all of them I deal with... Murder Street, the Gunfire, the Money Pit, CVS on Indian School, etc.)
Oh, and not a fricking mask in sight anywhere, me included!

I've heard Section 8 landlord nightmares before. From a much-less-than-favorite customer.
I'm sure some was bullshit. Voted for the woman to get elected so she'd have some steady money to pay me..and then she went and hired the Mexicans.
