That picture bothers me still. Heres what you do. Get some equipment in there and undermine that left side of the structure. Once you dig down far enuff,....pump in some good high strength concrete for a nice strong footing. Once it sets,....roll in a crane. Have crane cable off to the top of the structure and PULL. Don't get me wrong, I'd LOVE to be able to visit it someday before I'm under the ground. Italy is DEFINITELY one country I would like to travel to sometime in the future. My grandfather on my mother's side was 100% Italian. HIS father, MY great-grandfather, was born, raised, and grew up in Italy before coming to America. My grandfather's family name was (is) Deddo. I'm not sure what part of Italy HIS father was from.
