POTUS was talking about Ukraine. When Obama/Biden were in charge they gave Ukraine blankets and bedding, cold weather clothing while they were fighting against Russia. Nice but....WHERES THE BEEF? Meanwhile, with Trump in office he gave Ukraine missiles and ammunition to be used to defend itself during its battle with Russia.
