If Democrats held true to their form, they'd complain if Republicans tried to do what they say is necessary. Democrats are still whining about Merrick Garland. Gropin' Joe, when a Republican was President, made it clear that a nomination/confirmation shouldn't take place during an election year. What I don't get is if Biden believed that, why didn't he say anything to Obama when he nominated Garland during an election year? Now, when Trump nominates one during an election, suddenly Democrats are back to the 'that shouldn't happen'.
