You might be right, but surely you are aware of how far Islamic societies have gone towards running their societies outside of a legal framework, with roving bands of citizen enforcers hauling in whomever they decide to haul in to be administered to by Revolutionary Courts who do what ever the fuck they want to do

You are avoiding my point....courts which are courts in name only are not courts....you cant assume that the Revolution will use law.....they claim that they wont and there are recent examples of societies that dont use or dont use much law and courts.
