No, I am saying smoking causes lung cancer. Lung cancer is actually rare among non-smokers, and common among smokers.

Can we be sure that Limbaugh's drug abuse and smoking caused his hearing loss, and lung cancer? No, but they more than likely caused his health problems. He has been extremely abusive of his health, and so his health problems are not a surprise.
