Cuomo is saying if it is a vaccine rushed thru and approved by a Trump controlled FDA Americans should be skeptical, he's right, how many Trump "cures" have we been thru now, from hydroxychloroquine to Lysol. Cuomo isn't discredited any vaccine, only that NY would have their own medical experts approve the vaccine before the State would recommend administering it to its citizens.
