I've only seen portion of it, I have not read the whole thing so with that it includes affirmative action for all levels of school (elementary - University) both public and private. Mandatory civil rights and anti-racism classes taught in all elementary schools. He wants to end gerrymandering. Reform bank lending to black people. He wants reparations from Hollywood and have Hollywood fund black studios.

There's much more, I remember seeing those.
