Pretty sure that requires packing the court first, because as of now the fed government does not have that power, that would be totally off Constitution.

The Revolution is trying to make sure that R's never again get power, and preferably the R's will be outlawed. They are slingshotting off of Trump Hate and almost total control of the so-called press and tech companies to do it.

Hindsight is always 20/20. Everyone knows the left would erupt and piss themselves if Trump just shut down the country and forced everyone to wear a mask if leaving their home or just stay home unless they were going for life's necessities.
What would businesses (yes, there are liberals who own businesses) have said? What would the general public have said?

Liberals cry and scream this China virus is killing our nursing home residents, yet wasn't it they who sent infected patients to nursing homes? Further proof they didn't have a plan. They, just like Trump, had no idea how contagious the China virus was either. Trump left the decisions to the individual state's governors. If he didn't, the left would go crazy screaming "dictator," "unconstitutional" and who knows what else. They sure as hell won't admit it, will they? So, after it finally becomes known how contagious the China virus was, it was too late for anyone to do much about it.
Biden didn't have a "plan" then, or now. He just speaks from what has been learned over the last 9 months, not of the unknowns when it first appeared. Biden is a liar.

More colleges are requiring students, faculty and employees to provide proof they received a flu vaccine as schools try to reduce the chances of a flu outbreak in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

It isn’t uncommon for colleges to require incoming students to be vaccinated against certain diseases: According to the Immunization Action Coalition, 24 states require college students to get a meningitis B vaccine.

But this year, some schools are making the flu shot a requirement for enrollment and mandating penalties for failure to comply.

Any student or employee who plans to be on campus for even one day this fall or winter has to get a flu vaccine.

At schools with flu shot requirements, those who don’t get the shot might face consequences. For instance, at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, students and employees must attest that they received a flu shot. Ignoring the requirement could result in being locked out, a university spokesman said.

The University of California system said in late July that all students and employees would need a flu vaccine this fall.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention claims that "flu vaccines reduce the risk of illness from the flu by between 40% and 60%" and says "getting the vaccine this year is especially important to avoid creating extra strain on health-care systems already burdened by Covid-19".

It isn’t just universities that are creating flu shot mandates this year. In August, Taxachusetts required all children 6 months or older who attend public child-care programs, preschool, K-12 schools, colleges or universities in the state get a flu vaccine. The policy went into effect for the 2020-2021 school year. A bill for a similar policy has been introduced in Blue Jersey.
