Enthusiasm and crowd size...

I understand why so many Trumppers want to believe that crowd size is a stronger predictor of winning the presidency. Trump* consistency has been good at drawing a large crowd and creating the illusion that his cult of personality is powerful and means he is Bigger, More, Better than others. Its a circus trick, get a crowd to show up, and people think something is going on, and it can work. P.T. Barnum made a fortune out of it.

Trumppers here like to make the argument that people who show up at a Trump rally are going to vote, and so that is an indication that Trump has more support than Biden, who does not hold large rallies.

I have a thought, I want to know what Trumppers who spout this idea think about.....

What about small dollar amount fundraising? Is that an indication of likelihood of winning an election? Would it not make sense that most people willing to donate $15 or $25 dollars to a campaign will get out and vote for that candidate? And really isn't that more putting your money where your mouth is? Isnt that really a better indication, because you can donate from anywhere, you do not have to have a rally close to you. Trump has rallies in places where he is popular, but a donation can come from anywhere in the nation....


I can understand if this thread is quickly buried, Trumppers hate to have something like this pointed out...
