But there are three unique strategies that Trump plans to use to try to steal the election after votes have been cast. Those are the strategies that we are focused on today.

PA has a law that prohibits election supervisors from beginning to count ballots until election day. Since far more mail-in ballots have been requested by Democrats, it is possible that Trump might take an early lead on election day with in-person voting, but ultimately lose the State after all the Democratic mail-in ballots are counted.

Trump's strategy will be to try to halt the voting while he has a lead (if he indeed has one.)

Fortunately, he doesn't have much power to do that.
