    Default First Step Decision

Where illegal aliens first set a foot on American soil is the basis for this decision:

By a 2-1 decision, the notoriously liberal court upheld a lower court ruling, which concluded that President Donald Trump’s use of military funds to construct the wall via a national emergency declaration is not lawful.

That ruling came after a number of states, some of which -- like Hawaii, Colorado and Minnesota -- are not located on the southern border, sought an injunction to have the border wall project stopped.

The only way for the notoriously wacky 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to become more ridiculous than usual is for illegal aliens to form caravans on this side of the border —— then hoof it to those states not located on the southern border!

NOTE: Caravans can get to Alaska by going thru Canada.

Hawaii does present a minor problem. Doggy paddling 3,000 miles to get to Hawaii is a lot harder than wading across the Rio Grande.

Problem solved. Democrats will simply charter passenger ships and planes with tax dollars so that not one illegal alien will get wet.

Presumably, the 9th Circuit Court will find tax dollar morality constitutional.
The basic test of freedom is perhaps less in what we are free to do than in what we are free not to do. It is the freedom to refrain, withdraw and abstain which makes a totalitarian regime impossible. Eric Hoffer

Excellent post. How come you don't post in the Current Events or General Politics forums?
