Default I was quite ill the last several days..........

...........From complications due to diabetes. I had to spend a day in a local hospital on this past Saturday evening to early evening yesterday. My blood sugar levels got dangerously high, most likely because I had been taking in far too many carbs recently. I've quit drinking beer completely, and I've been TRYING to eat a healthy diet. I just need to be more careful of my carb intake. I'm feeling much better now, and the oral insulin medication I take was adjusted. It IS nice to be back on here.

    Welcome back then.
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
    - -- Aristotle

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions, even though they have been held in honor for many generations and in diverse places. Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it. Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.
    - -- The Buddha

It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

Well, always take time to deal with health issues and you'll be better off. Same for remembering to save posting piles of emojis for the war zone.

Try the 'Fruit & Yogurt Cocktail'. Mix Milk and Yogurt with Fruit (banana, orange, mango, lemon, strawberries) and sprinkle with Wheat Germ or Ground Flax Seed. (might want to add some Honey if you go with Lemons).

And ... I've heard from a number of Posters here: STOP POSTING. (I believe this is in context to your illness, but I'm not positive)

    Welcome home Steve.

Looking forward to some great music related threads........
"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

    Fuck.

Are you sure your doctor(s) is/are quality? A quack doctor killed my diabetic grandmother back in 1983.
This illegal illegitimate regime that runs America is at fault...not me.... they do not represent me and I have long objected to their crimes against humanity.
