"The Big Lie" is the tool of choice for the would be despots. We now have a willingly compliant media class that seems to be a part of what Eisenhower warned against with his Military Industrial Complex reference.

Trump refers to this whole expanded structure to now include the press as the Deep State.

In Eisenhower's day, the flow of the crooks between the Defense Contractors and the Defense Department was a turnstile operation.

Now add in the Press as we see political operatives in subpoenaed to hearings one day and hosting shows on CNN the next.

We have allowed the creation of a money laundering machine that steals from the government to support the Deep State.

You are gripped by a dogma that is unsupported by actual, real world fact.

Have you read the New Green Deal plan? Fully implemented it is economic and social suicide.

    Hello guno,

The Democratic Party’s coalition, on the other hand, looks like the American future — a kaleidoscope of diversity, a multiethnic majority that only voter suppression and the rural bias of the Senate can keep at bay.

    Onward to the brighter future!

Let us leave this grim past in the past.

Trump people are not happy people.

The USA has better things to be about.

Every fact anyone knows agrees with what I wrote. Unlike your goodself I don't make 'em up to suit whatever argument happens to pass through my mind. And as far as I know I have no dogma, just a passably clear mind. Leave the rotgut alone for a day or two and try it.

Neither party represents the future, they are both currently trying very hard to pretend the represent the present.

The truth is they represent the special interests of their own insiders. The party system is dead in the future (I hope).

Obviously not... If you want to reduce CO2 without destroying the economy then natural gas and nuclear are the answers not solar and wind. The Socialist nonsense in the plan is just a tack on of radical Leftist Social and Economic Justice that shouldn't even be there. Forced retrofitting of old buildings is a huge and costly mistake. Bringing back passenger rail in the US is utter stupidity.

The world isn't going to end in 8 or 10 years regardless of what the Left thinks and says.

Or else what. That is so damn stupid. Nobody knows who you vote for. You actually thought that made sense.
