"After requiring all federal and state legislators and officers to swear or affirm to support the federal Constitution, Article VI specifies that “no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.” This prohibition, commonly known as the No Religious Test Clause, banned a longstanding form of religious discrimination practiced both in England and in the United States. In doing so, it provided a limited but enduring textual constitutional commitment to religious liberty and equality that has influenced the way Americans have understood the relationship between government and religion over the last two centuries."

Indeed.....As you said previously, some are here "just trying to stir up strife and pick fights."...there's no one stopping anyone from living life as they choose to live it...everyone has the right to walk away from and formally abandon their religion....

    Are you drunk?

You just made my case for me. Thank-you. Have a great day!
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

Is that why the polls are narrowing all over?

Unfortunately for the country & humanity a large portion of his "religious" base isn't looking for that, they like him being an S O B to "the bad ppl", they have it coming to them.... They don't care if he ruins the country, they aint go all that much invested in it anyway............

Long as he is sticking it to "the bad ppl" they'll support him->

I went to your article and read it. Take a look at the opening paragraph of your article:

President Donald Trump's attacks on American service members are just the latest example of how mean-spirited the president can be. But his subsequent denial that he said the things he did demonstrates that he understands that disrespect and indecency can go too far, at least in an election year.
Trump's attacks, mean spirited, denial, indecency, and disrespect are very subjective rhetoric that is meant to harm Trump. Clear political bias, even if people are entitled to their opinions. This clearly biased organization did a survey:

My organization has found in an extensive survey of religious voters in five swing states that Trump's unkindness is correlated with significant defections from the president. And the pattern is strong enough that it could well mean the difference in these states' going red or blue.
While people are free to have their political bias, it discredits any polls that they may conduct. It is like having the fox guarding the hen house. I enjoyed reading your article, but it is pretty worthless under the circumstances.

Why would liberals go after his faith? It's cons who think he should be excommunicated because he accepts Roe v. Wade as settled law.

You think Catholics are going to rake ACB over the coals over her religion? Please. They didn't do it for the drunken sexual abuser you cons put on SCOTUS.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh. So now racism is free speech, not hate speech. Can you Democrats get a fucking thing right? And as far as me calling people out? Are you blind? Do you read the threads? At all?

Feinstein did already. Joe Biden and Pelosi are Catholics. They will look like Class A hypocrites more than they do already. There are no drunks on the Supreme court the last one died. Remember RBG slept through the SOTU because she had to much wine.

Apparently you skipped the O'Kavanaugh hearings. His classmates admitted he was a belligerent, aggressive drunk.

As opposed to the classmates that say he wasn't. Kavanaugh is irrelevant to this nomination.
