It's a foolish demand but then foolishness is typical of Trump. Who knows when the next vacancy will occur or how circumstances regarding replacements may change by the time it does occur. In May, 2016 Scalia was dead and candidates for his replacement were the order of the day. Otherwise, it would have been as stupid for Trump to be putting out a list as it is to ask Biden to put out one now, or to update his own list. Has the asshole done that?
