“the right to fight in Court?” Did someone remove his “right to fight in Court?” Ever candidate has the “right to fight in Court,” why does Trump have to “maintain his right to fight in Court?”
And Trump has been promoting elections are fraudulent long before 2020, remember he screamed Cruz only beat him in the Iowa primary cause it was “fixed?” Trump is prepping for losing the election, not saying he will, but he is getting ready to change the outcome if it doesn’t go his way. He has no intention of transferring power, he will take it to whatever ends he can to stay President
What you are missing is that Trump by design is attacking the very democratic means in which our democracy is based, and with zero proof or validation, and all for his own ends

LOCK HIM UP!
Hillary...do not concede the election...for any reason.
Biden SHOULDN'T BE RUNNING, he's non compos mentis The fact that he IS running , is absolutely outrageous! Totally beyond the pale. WHY IS A PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE WHO IS LITERALLY, MEDICALLY RETARDED BEING ALLOWED TO RUN FOR POTUS. It is absolutely INSANE. And the fact that his running mate, "Heels Up" Harris, doesn't have a problem delivering a recent speech while she was" stoned ofF her face on cannabis" is not too impressive either !

“earl,” why do you post when you don’t know the facts, currently only nine States mail out ballots unsolicited to registered voters, five have been doing it for some time now, including ruby red Utah, and only Nevada is considered a toss up State
And it is Trump who is corrupting the vote, in fact, he has been doing it for five years now, by design, employing unfounded accusations to make Americans doubt the integrity of the very system that makes us a democracy
Get off the kool aid “earl”
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions, even though they have been held in honor for many generations and in diverse places. Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it. Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.

Trump is too stupid to articulate what they plan to do. Yes, they will use the courts, but not like Biden would use the courts.
The danger begins with the fact that, regardless of what people believe, the Constitution does not give Americans the right to vote for their president. Rather, the Constitution says that a college of electors votes for the president, and Article II of the Constitution gives states nearly unlimited power to decide how these electors are chosen. In the early years of the American republic, many state legislatures decided which presidential candidate the state’s electors would support. South Carolina used this method until 1868. Today, all 50 states grant their residents the right to vote for president, and the people’s vote determines which electors from each state will select the next president. However, any state could change its law and instead allow its legislature to decide which electors will choose the next president.
