Everybody seems insistent that folks on the other side should just give up on election night, especially if their name is Trump. Saying he thinks there may be shenanigans and that he will fight them if there are is not "full dictator", it is prudence.

Back when everyone was proud of our America it was customary for the loser to make a concession speech as soon as it was obvious, congratulate the winner, and thank everyone who helped on the campaign. The norm was that when the election is over it is over, bygones are bygones, mutual respect ensues, and there is a peaceful transition of power.

Trump has brought in an era of bitterness, doubt, lies, suspicions and all around chintzy hatred.
