Default Trump won't commit to peaceful transfer of power

Says "we'll have to see what happens" and "the ballots are a disaster" (the latter with absolutely no evidence or factual information whatsoever).

Also implied yesterday that we need to get that 9th justice confirmed, because the election might go to the courts.

Trump has normalized the outrageous. But essentially saying that he won't concede if he loses (and yeah - that's what he's saying. It's the ol' 'if you win, you cheated'), is 100% not acceptable from a CIC and the leader of the country. It's ridiculous.

    Huh?

You're comparing not showing up at an inauguration, to the idea that a President may refuse to leave office if he loses the election?

Do you have ANY idea what that would do to our government and country, and to the integrity of our elections going forward?

The Democrats aren't railing against the peaceful transfer of power. Trump is.

Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

They don't think about that, they can't. If Trump loses the world ends for them. It's extraordinary but it's where their minds have fallen.

All good reason in your mind to destroy the country & be the first one to ruin our history of a peaceful transition of power.

Very sad Omar............... Shame on you!!!
"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

I had little doubt you would support trump for any reason, even destroying the country.

I hope you'll be happy when he tries it.............

The idea that a president could simply refuse to leave is ludicrous. The idea that he could foment a violent revolution is even dumber.

Obama did everything possible to have a peaceful, organized transition. trump's team did not show up to a lot of the meetings, and trump did not even have a team a lot of the time, but that is not Obama's fault. Obama was gentlemanly in meeting with trump, and polite even when trump made an ass of himself.

If it comes to violent overthrow of Trump then so be it.
