We actually STILL dont know how many kids get it, because their immune systems rarely have trouble with SARS-COV2 they have not generally rated the "experts" time. We also STILL have no idea of how much possibility there is that asymptomatic kids will spread it to adults, which is the one thing that we need to know in order to make an informed decision on whether to open up schools. This is just another place where the failure of the "experts" to turn in quality work is killing us.

What number of them were exposed—but didn’t get it, and were therefore unable to transmit it?

Given that there is a significant percentage of the population that is effectively immune to the China Virus, shouldn’t their number be added to the number of individuals who picked up immunity via COVID antibodies?

And wouldn’t that lower our herd immunity number, significantly?

For example, if our illustrious experts say we need 60% of the population to be sick then recover in order to get to herd immunity, wouldn’t that number be much lower *in reality* if 40% of the population has a pre-existent immunity to the virus?

If true, what would be the appropriate public policy responses?

COVID-19 isn't the only disease in the immunology literature.

Even infections for which vaccinations exist are not entirely eradicated in much of the world.
