Not real sure how nominating a justice could be considered "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors", the reason for which impeaching someone, when the Constitution says the President can nominate someone.

    Fair.

    Ethically defensible.

If the Democrats win the Senate and the White House, Senate dems should eliminate any last vestige of the filibuster and pass Medicare for All by simple majority vote.

When the Constitution says only two things about how the general process works, it leaves the details about how to the Senate.

    Exactly.
Nan learned nothing from her last hissy fit.
Not that she ever learns anything from any hissy fit.

Kavanaugh deserved everything he got. He is the wrong person for the job. He abused women. He has no judicial temperament. He blubbered like a baby at his hearings. He is a second rater on the highest court.

Not only that but Lisa is trying to make amends for her position on Kavanaugh. For me it's too little, too late. Hoping #JoeMiller makes another run for her seat.

If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.

The Senate and the presidency are in Republican hands and will remain so for President Trump’s second term.

There was no proof that he abused women, Nordy.

Post it if you have it.

Of course I will understand if you can’t.

He has plenty of judicial temperament... he is a Supreme Court Justice...more to come soon.
