I'm sorry. Could you please link to the rule that you reference?

I am surprised Damocles welcomes you to this board with open arms and gives you safe harbor for years to pollute his board

A liberal Justice never replaced Scalia, so your attempt to excuse Republican hypocrisy by using bogus analogy and pointing at Democrats does not have a leg to stand on

They are being perfectly consistent party politicians.

    Are you seriously this blind?

“Lastly, after the treatment of Justice Kavanaugh I now have a different view of the judicial-confirmation process. Compare the treatment of Robert Bork, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Brett Kavanaugh to that of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan, and it’s clear that there already is one set of rules for a Republican president and one set of rules for a Democrat president."

    Senator Graham

I'm not surprised you don't understand just how much of a piece of shit you are.

Biden opposed GHW Bush appointing a Justice during an election year yet supported Obama doing so. That's hypocrisy whether or not you're man enough to admit it.

You're what you are and that pollutes society.

Looks like Democrats now get to see what it's like to get a taste of their own medicine. If they don't like it, wonder why they thought it was OK to do it to others.

That never happened, so the analogy does not have a leg to stand on.

Republicans make Senate rules and control the outcomes. Their senate rule is when a Democrat is president, we can have no appointments in an election year. When a Republican is president, we can appoint a justice a few weeks before an election.
You are missing the key component. When the President and the Senate are both controlled the same party, the nomination rolls.

When the Senate and the President are from different parties, the nomination stops.

This has been consistent since the 80's when the lying butt hole Democrats illegitimately attacked Judge Bork. They did again to Justice Thomas. Obviously, again to Justice Kavanaugh.

The current hate filled violence in the streets is only an extension of the hate filled violence in the hearts of the Democrat Leadership.

Their tactics have been vile dishonesty coupled with venomous hate for decades. The mask has been torn away. Those who support them also support their tactics.

Lol, I’m not blind at all, I’m not a Trumpublican. How about you? No, this latest lying goes beyond the usual political lying.

You might benefit from reading the Constitution for comprehension.

Take it from me, I am accustomed to the emotional meltdowns of belligerent racists and resentful INCEL losers, and they have no effect on me in the least.

I have. Two things, and only two things, are mentioned on this issue.

    1. The President appoints
    2. The Senate confirms.

No time line, nothing about an election year, or how the process takes place is mentioned.

Are you sure you're reading the U.S. Constitution?
