No, he hasn't. Possession of a rifle by a minor is a misdemeanor in Wisconsin. Kenosha is not a "State" either, it's a city. Yes, the jury will evaluate all of the evidence, and right now it's pretty strongly in Rittenhouse's favor.

1. No, there are a few witnesses who have to be vetted by the cops, then the lawyers, then a jury. Nothing concrete like a video.

2. Possession of a weapon by an underage person is a misdemeanor...discharging such in public that results in a death isn't. Hell, it wasn't even his rifle...and he didn't even have such license in his own state of Illinois.....given such, your final statement is wishful thinking at best.

Reinstating that certain types can not be sold is not banning guns. Confiscating them wasn't even part of it so the nutters don't need to get huffy about it.
