Why wail till November, snowflake? Hasn't 4 years of Trump been enough already?

Don't be a pussy. Shut the fuck up and secede. Don't talk, secede.

I will support folks leaving when Trump wins, even if they stay in California and just secede. I'm good with that.

More like "preparing for" rather than "predicting", but heck, whatever floats your boat. I get bored hearing these folks say they'll leave, then they never follow through.

I don't know of a list of celebrities that have promised to leave if Biden wins. But there is a slew of them that promised they'd leave us here and go away if Trump won... We are still waiting.

Indeed, it’s a mistake that helped elect Trump in the first place.

Ideally, the press corps would be hard at work exploring this question. Alas, it is not. In the thousands of presidential campaign stories that have been published this year, you will be hard pressed to find much reporting or informed speculation about what policies Trump might pursue if he’s reelected, or what the consequences might be if he were successful in enacting them. That’s not because such things aren’t knowable in advance. If that were the problem, political reporters wouldn’t have spent the last six months gaming out which candidates were, say, likely to win which primaries. The real reason campaign journalists don’t do this kind of work is that it’s not what they’re trained to do—and, perhaps, it’s not what most people want to read.

We think our readers are different. So we gathered a distinguished group of area experts and beat reporters. We told them to imagine that, come November of 2020, Trump wins the Electoral College and the balance of power in Congress remains unchanged; Republicans hold the Senate and Democrats hold the House. Then, we asked them to think through the hitherto unthinkable: What will Trump aim to do, and what could he realistically get away with, if given another four years in power? —The Editors

Again you use a word that is not the same.. bored =/= annoyed any more than "Preparing for" means "Predicting".

    Facts:

California businesses are leaving the state in droves.

In just 2018 and 2019—economic boom years—765 commercial facilities left California. This exodus doesn’t count Charles Schwab’s announcement to leave San Francisco next year.

Nor does it include the 13,000 estimated businesses to have left between 2009 and 2016.

The reason? Economics, plain and simple. California is too expensive, and its taxes and regulations are too high.

The Tax Foundation ranks California 48th in terms of business climate. California is also ranked 48th in terms of regulatory burdens.

California’s cost of living is 50 percent higher than the national average.

As America collapsed, it would just make sense for parts to try to save themselves. A core concept in the Alt Right seems to be the destruction of New York and California. It might make sense for them to secede and make a go of things themselves. Along with them, several other states might want to keep in the conventional United States, and leave trump's country.

Obviously, we are getting way ahead of ourselves. trump has not close to winning. If trump does win, what he does then has not been established. But a lot of things are beginning to seem possible that were never possible before.

While whole groups of people have fled before, it is usually just easier to have the land they live on leave.

The Alt Right has made clear they plan on bleeding dry the Northeast and West Coast to fund theirselves, and then destroy both. It is just common sense that these regions should leave before then.
