Baring voter fraud and suppression from the republicans, it should be a Biden landslide?!!

But, God never asserted his ownership, so in effect a bunch of hereditary government official really owned the land. That meant that any improvements a local peasant put into his land could be seized by the government immediately. And, any industrial invention could be seized by the government, because they too came from God.

In a very real sense, the French Revolution was an anti-communist, or at least anti-paleo-communist revolution. It freed up ownership for the middle and lower classes, and allowed market economies to replace hereditary command economies. It also reduced rent seeking. Its equivalent in England was the English Reformation where the Catholic land was seized, but then sold to the middle class.

Yeah, I'm from America, fuck that. Sure, some of my ancestors are from Spain and some French Aristocrats and some English later on.
In a very real sense, the French Revolution were the 1st commies burning books and being asshats. My family got the hell out of there and came to the US.
    No more commies, k?
Russian commies based their crap on the French Revolution. They gunned down kids, and that is unacceptable behavior in my book.

Ever wonder what happens at the end of "Anastasia"?
They gun them all down with a Gatling gun disguised as a camera.
There's nothing good about that. Evil is what it is.
America was founded on God and freedom and free will.
God gives man free will, yet leftists seek to take it away.

During the Famines of 1905, the Czar's army would herd whole towns into squares and gatling gun them to death, then take the little bit of food in that town to the next town as a gift to the people of that town. They killed millions like that. One of the families they completely wiped out was the family of the commanding officer that killed the Czar's family. Anastasia herself had nannies executed for falling asleep. And don't even get me started on the pogroms, which were only surpassed by the Holocaust.

The evil in Soviet system came from the evil in Imperial Russia.

Thanks, but America is nothing like that. Maybe that's why we do better than them. That stuff lingers for like..4 generations..or so the bible says.

We have the highest murder rate in the first world, and the highest current death rate from Covid-19 in the first world. Three out of the last four years we have lost life expectancy, which does not happen anywhere (except Libya and Syria and other disasters like that).

We are doing better than Russia, but that is setting the bar unbelievably low.

We do not have the highest murder rate in the world. Where do you get this garbage?

Brazil has more than 6x the U.S.'s murder rate.

(CNN) Poll of the week: A new ABC News/Washington Post poll from Minnesota finds Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden with a 57% to 41% lead over President Donald Trump among likely voters.

Two other Minnesota polls released over the last few weeks by CBS News/YouGov and New York Times/Siena College have Biden up by nine points.

What's the point: The Trump campaign has made a significant investment into turning Minnesota red, after Trump lost it by 1.5 points in 2016. The polling shows his efforts are not working.

They are part of a larger sign suggesting that Trump still has a ways to go to win not just in Minnesota but over the electoral map at-large. If his campaign was truly competitive at this point, he'd likely be closer in Minnesota.

One day Trump may get there, and he definitely has a shot of winning with still over a month to go in the campaign.

Biden needs only the blue midwest states Hillary lost and Pennsylvania to cross the 270 mark. Florida, North Carolina, even Arizona, and the rest are gravy.

OK, list some first world countries that are worse than us?

Not one of those are even close to a first world country, and it is sad that you think those are the countries we should be comparing ourselves to.

That includes third world countries, and not current deaths. We are in fourth place among first world countries, but are rapidly blowing past the UK and Spain with our higher current rate. Belgium was hit at the beginning very hard, so it might not be until after the election we blow by them. We will definitely have the highest first world death rate by the end of the year. And we currently have the highest current death rate in the first world.

trump's first term will end with the highest death rate in the first world. Can we survive a second term?

OK, I will give you a chance to name a first world country with a higher murder rate than the USA. If you can name one, I will apologize. If not, you have to apologize.
