Default A contrarian view of the Supreme Court

Does it really matter what they do? Not really. They just interpret the Constitution.

Anything they do can be undone by Congress.

By all means, mourn Ginsburg's death.

Assuming Congress can get a law passed and signed by the President.

Yes of course. Supreme Court makes some good, some bad decisions. I don't think they're as influential as some make them out to be.

Nothing matters because it's outside of your or my ability to change it.

The Court determined who would be POTUS in a contested election. They may well do so again.

Gore should have contested the election. Everything he did was wrong.
