    Default A contrarian view of the Supreme Court

    Does it really matter what they do? Not really. They just interpret the Constitution.

    Anything they do can be undone by Congress.

    By all means, mourn Ginsburg's death.

    Yes of course. Supreme Court makes some good, some bad decisions. I don't think they're as influential as some make them out to be.

    It is the congress's actions which have to pass SCOTUS scrutiny, not the other way around.
