The Doctor I refer to is Dr Ronny Jackson.
Dr Ronnie Jackson is a retired Navy rear admiral, who is also a physician, he was the former White House "Physician to the President" during Obama's Presidency and also for part of Donald Trump's Presidency.
Dr Jackson recently said that...
"Speaking as someone who was in the White House, I saw him (Biden) frequently around the West Wing and other places like that and witnessed the changes to Obama's Vice President in person over time".
"I knew he's always been prone to gaffes, but these aren't gaffes. He can't form sentences any more. Sometimes he can't complete a thought; I mean, he gets stuck and he doesn't know how to get out of the situation he's in. And he just finally has to give up."
What Dr Jackson is saying is that Biden has dementia - probably Vascular Dementia resulting from two craniotomies he had in 1986 to surgically treat two aneurysms (one ruptured) that Biden had. Dr Jackson is not allowed to officially state that Biden had Dementia because he has not personally diagnosed him (the DNC will not allow Biden's cognitive functioning to be medically assessed because they know perfectly well Biden would not pass a screen for cognitive functioning) Still, an experienced physician , like Ronnie Jacksons, knows the symptoms of dementia when he sees them (by, BTW, Dr Ronnie Jackson, has been appointed personal physician two two US Presidents, you have to be a pretty shit-doctor to be trusted with that kind of responsibility; you need to be confirmed by your peers as a : highly knowledgeable, highly skilled, highly experienced and extremely ethical, medical practitioner).
If you read between the lines of Dr Jackson's observations of Biden's mental health, he is clearly stating that Biden has Dementia, for example....
"His (Biden's) decline has got to a point where I'm not comfortable as a citizen of this country having him as my Commander in Chief...I'm deeply concerned". (Dr Ronnie Jackson, June, 2020)

Amongst other vascular conditions, after his craniotomies in 1986, Biden subsequently suffered from pulmonary embolism that probably exacerbated his dementia. But all this is beside the point, really. The point being that there is no need to get technical at this stage - I mean, yes, Biden almost certainly has vascular dementia resulting from craniotomies that were performed to treat two cerebral aneurysyms (one ruptured) in the 1980's. But whether he has vascular dementia, early- stage Altzheimers, Lewey, Body Dementia, etc is purely academic; the issue is that he DOES HAVE a neurodegenerative medical condition (a dementia) and that is progressively impairing his cognitive functioning.

You CANNOT have a POTUS who is unable to complete basic sentences and thoughts, whose emotional control is dysfunctional and makes him prone to angry outbursts. How is he going to be able to negotiate with other world leaders like President Xi or Vladimir Putin if he cannot make a simple statement to the news media without a teleprompter? The whole situation is bizarre and frighteningly "surreal". Please explain why you will be voting, on the 3rd November, 2020, for a man with conspicuous signs of dementia ( a progressive neurodegenerative disorder) to become the President of the United States.
What rational/logical justification/s do you have for doing this if you are not , yourself, materially brain damaged/ cognitively impaired? Do tell !
Or perhaps you've "gone troppo" as the British used to say of native Britons who were sent from their homes in England, in the first half of the 20th century, to work for extended periods of time in hot equatorial colonies of the former British Empire; in Africa, for example, or the hotter regions of the British Raj. When a British Civil Servant, for instance, was transferred from London (Whitehall), to go live and work in one of Her Majesty's a tropical colonies, the constant heat and stifling humidity would often eventually precipitate bouts of silly, giggly, inappropriate, reckless, etc; behaviour. If you began to behave like this, you would be said to have "gone troppo." Inappropriate laughter - such as sitting at your work desk and laughing loudly at - or conducting an imaginary conversation with - your fountain pen or ink-well, would be an example For instance, asking your ink-well who it thinks will win the General Election in Britain next year ("Do you really think it will be Mr. Churchill, Ink Pot ?") and why. So maybe, you've "gone troppo", old sport, and you think casting your vote for for Biden will be just be one big giggle? Have you spent any extended periods of time in places with weather that is, relative to what you are accustomed to: exceedingly hot and humid, or the converse - extraordinarily cold and wet ?
