Florida still a COVID disaster

Testing down again, to 1.1 tests per 1000 people. It was 1.6 tests per 1000 people two weeks ago.

Also bad: The positive rate is still high...down from 13.8% to 12.3% this week.

5% is a decent threshold, but even then the disease is still spreading.

The next wave coming at the end of September is going to be really, really bad.
