You could call "Obamagate" a "slow coup;" I mean, it wasn't like a sudden military coup, where the leader of a nation's armed forces, says to the sitting Head of State, "Sorry to tell you this, but I'm taking over the country, and resistance is futile, BTW, because I've got all the guns. Please clear out your office by 2:00 pm then fuck off completely. Oh, and have a nice day." More to the point, it was an attempted "Slow Coup" that is a symptom of the fact America is at war in a broader semse. Right now, a "soft", second Civil War is is being fought. It is between two rival factions, this time it's not the Yankees and the Rebels. The opposing "armies" march under the banners of (1) Socialism (like the socialism that destroyed Venezuela) and (2) Constitutional. liberal democracy/free-market capitalism. The socialist faction mostly does not refer to itself as socialist, but rather as "progressive" or some other cowardly/devious euphemism. There are some exceptions like: Bernie Sanders, AOC and Ilhan Omar, who openly identify as Democratic Socialists, but they are exceptions to the rule (BTW,
ignore the term "Democratic" in "Democratic Socialism", it just means "slow - release" socialism).
The way that socialism has successfully infected America's major, cultural institutions and gained strength as a national political force was mainly through the introduction and promotion of Identity Politics; this was a key tactic taken from a bag -of-tricks called cultural Marxism/Postmodernism. It has been an effective strategy for the hard left in America to date, because: THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY, THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA and HOLLYWOOD are now all full-blooded socialist organizsations.

Also, I'd like to know how Obama went into office with a net worth of $250,000 (USD) in 2008, was paid approximately $200,000 (USD) p/a salary as President yet managed to leave office in 2016 worth over ONE BILLION dollars. Do the math....???
Obama gets all emotional about Trump sowing the seeds of division in American society, but I seem to recall that it was Obama who spent a lot of time promoting toxic Identity Politics during his administration, and that it was Obama who was especially invested in the creation/promotion of the disastrous "BLACK LIVE MATTER" Identity Politics movement that, as we saw recently (in rioting that hit 700 US cities) has expanded, amplified and intensified the Identity Politics of Black Vs White racial hatred in America.
