Wrong, you are asked specifically, while under oath... “Are you are pleading guilty because you are guilty“ If your answer is “no” the plea is not accepted.

Maybe Trump and Biden can discuss it at their debate. If Biden ever shows up. Maybe he will send his wife?

No wonder lawyers are considered to be human cockroaches.

Well nobody in their right mind will ever answer FBI questions again without a legal representation.

    Flynn was prosecuted lol.

Just not successfully. Sullivan is trying to drag it out past the election [one gets the idea ‘Flynn might have something say’] but Flynn will almost certainly walk.

    And perhaps talk.

Ok, here’s the deal on that.

If Durham gets Clinesmith to lie under oath and confess to a crime he didn’t commit by threatening his family members with prosecution, I will declare it and outrage.

    Promise.

    No need to railroad Clinesmith.

Durham has the altered document. I refuse to get excited but there’s potential for some fun here lol. The only real question is whether Clinesmith was acting alone or whether there was some ‘coordination’ going on.

And how high it went. If someone wants to put the brakes on this thing how do they stop it? Seems to me like it’s too late.

    Oh, that’s low lol.

Since the media won’t question Biden about whether the Logan Act was his idea—let Trump ask him in a debate.

Why not? I think it would be epic for Trump to ask Hiden Biden about that Jan 5th. Eating where notes say Biden brought up the Logan Act. Trump should ask him if he thought of it all by himself or was he repeating something he heard? If the latter from whom?

You know GayRod when Clinesmith oled, he was working for your hero Mueller. Should we investigate the investigator now?

If Biden stops hidin’ from Chris Wallace it might not be necessary.
