Anticipating an avalanche of absentee ballots, the U.S. Postal Service recently sent detailed letters to 46 states and D.C. warning that it cannot guarantee all ballots cast by mail for the November election will arrive in time to be counted — adding another layer of uncertainty ahead of the high-stakes presidential contest.

Our President is openly corrupt. Do we need a revolution to get rid of this criminal?

HYPOCRITE: "President Trump, whose campaign has tried to thwart mail-in voting, has requested an absentee ballot that will allow him to cast a Florida primary ballot via the U.S. Postal Service."

Yes. They need more money to ensure that vote by mail can be accomplished in an effective manner that will ensure all Americans will have their votes counted. Thanks to the incompetence of this administration, we are likely to be in the midst of a second wave of coronavirus around the time of the election, and the money needed to ensure that vote by mail is a viable option should be included in any relief bill. There is nothing more important. Why do you want peoples votes not to be counted? That's the question. Got an answer?

In letters sent in July to states across the country — including electoral battlegrounds like Pennsylvania, Florida and Michigan — Thomas J. Marshall, general counsel for the Postal Service, warned that “certain deadlines for requesting and casting mail-in ballots are incongruous with the Postal Service’s delivery standards.”
As many states turn to vote-by-mail operations to carry out elections safely amid the coronavirus pandemic, Mr. Marshall urged them to require residents request ballots at least 15 days before an election — rather than just the four days allowed under some state laws.

so they will have trouble with "massive "absentees -and the Dems want yet MORE MAIL INS?? lol
The really sad thing about #TRE45ON and his merry band of Trumpanzees who are freaking out about mail-in voting is their efforts to kill it are going to have a large impact on HIS voters. Many of them are elderly and will not want to go in person to vote during a time of high illness in their communities. Plus 55% of the poll workers are over the age of 60; they're sure as well not going to want to expose themselves either. That means fewer polling places open, longer wait lines, more chances to share the flu or the COVID-19. If this effort to sabotage the election is successful, it is going to have a worse impact on Trump's numbers than Biden's.

New Jersey voters will for the first time cast their ballots for president predominantly by mail in November.
Gov. Philip D. Murphy, a Democrat, announced Friday that the upcoming general election would be conducted using mostly mail-in ballots to ensure voters’ and poll workers’ safety during the pandemic.
The governor, citing the success of the state’s predominantly vote-by-mail primary election last month, said all 6.3 million New Jersey voters would be sent ballots to return either by mail, in person or into secure drop boxes.
