Default How federal/national blasphemy laws could work

This is how it could work:

    1. Criticizing monotheistic religions is banned, no longer protected under free speech, but punished as a crime of some sort (possibly incorporated into existing laws such as hate crime laws to expediate things). (Criticizing atheism or degenerate pagan/polytheistic religions is allowed); as well as banning of degenerate, atheistic literature (e.x. popular atheist books such as those by Richard Dawkins, the Marquis de Sade, etc).

    2. Promoting or expressing atheism or degenerates associated with atheism (e.x. sexual deviancy) in public or private banned, possibly incorporating this into existing obscenity and/or public decency laws.

    3. Use of modern information technology to support this (e.x. state and/or federal monitoring of internet activity, as well as keeping a watchlist of individuals suspected of atheistic activities).

    4. Criminal penalties can very in severity (e.x. the most severe penalty, such as illegally writing and publishing atheistic literature) will equate atheism with treason against the state, and be punishable by life in prison or death) - individuals charged with more minor crimes (e.x. wearing an atheistic T-shirt or using an atheistic slogan in public view) can receive a suspended sentence if they convert to a state-approved monotheistic religion of their choosing, and complete a probation period).

I think that modern technology may make this possible and beneficial for the public; in the past, Godly people such as the inquisitors of yore never had access to the modern "tools" we do now, but if this played out right, it might make it far easier to create a 100% atheism-free state or nation and keep it enforced for the foreseeable future.

This makes no sense. Who can see "atheism"?

Global Warming violates the 1st LoT by claiming a magical creation of thermal energy out of nothing, in the form of a temperature increase, which is somehow caused by a magical substance.
Greenhouse Effect violates Stefan-Boltzmann and black body science by claiming that an increase in earth's temperature is somehow caused by a decrease in earth's radiance.
Greenhouse Effect violates the 2nd LoT by claiming that the cooler atmosphere somehow heats the warmer earth's surface.
