It does not even have to be a tun of cash. I know plenty of Doctors who will give you whatever you demand as long as you pay your copay.

Which explains why prescription meds are a huge problem. OTOH, the Feds and States are cracking down on that. Obviously the rich play by different rules. A doctor won't risk their career by writing dozens of people a lot of Adderall script but for a single, very high paying "patient", they'll do it. Is there any doubt that Trump can throw $100K annually at a doctor just for funsies?
