Rules and regulations aren't an issue for them, they'll do whatever they want. They always have. The Democrats are totally ruthless.

If they decide Biden has got to go, some official from the DNC, or whatever, will ring him and say: "Very sorry Joe. but you're off the ticket as of now. Talk to you soon, Bye."

No, it is not. What Repubs pull out their ass does not have to be debated. Again, Biden has had videos once a week and has spoken in public several times. He acquitted himself very well. Trump is an embarrassment.
