Suit has nothing to do with headquarters. It's about financial fraud.

Regardless what event the left plans.....it always backfires.
NRA is accused of violating IRS nonprofit status. Nothing to do with gun rights.

The left could get "Wiseman" to prosecute the NRA......it appears that he is good at manufacturing evidence while failing to disclose some evidence.

The attorney general has regulatory authority over the N.R.A. because it is chartered as a nonprofit in New York.

This is how fucking stupid you leftists are.

You think if you bring down the NRA you will stop people from supporting their 2A rights?

Good fucking luck. I am a lifelong member of the NRA, but not many are who own guns. You guys always fight the wrong fucking battles.

You think this dumb ginger is on to something?

    bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
The Clinton foundation has never been accused of crimes. You should compare the NRA to the Trump Foundation, another criminal enterprise.

In her lawsuit, Attorney General Letitia James called for the dissolution of the NRA and the removal of CEO Wayne LaPierre from the leadership post he has held for the past 39 years, saying he and others used the group’s funds to finance a luxury lifestyle.

Then if the NRA loses they could reorganize and set up shop in Fairfax, VA, e.g. Oh wait, they're already there
I couldn't give a rat ass about the NRA or LaPierre and if I were a gun enthusiast I definitely would not support them. They used to be about using and owning guns responsibly but they've become more a political organization.
It looks like the N.Y. AG is just engaging in a publicity stunt. I'm sure it will work well in N.Y.

If I was a contributor, I would be upset my money went to Wayne’s rich and famous lifestyle, instead of to the cause.

The charter to operate is from New York. They have total authority to prosecute.
