The debate regarding abortion rights is a legal/constitutional debate. At what point is the mother's right to privacy usurped by the rights of the fetus. My position is that Roe was based on solid reasoning. As the fetus develops, it becomes more 'human' and gains more rights. But that's not what this thread is about.
