I definitely must agree with that last part. They are sociopaths. That "It is what it is" comment about 158,000 dead American citizens is going to hang like an albatross around Toadstool's neck. Good.

Clinton and Biden are often uninspiring, but they are boringly competent. Maybe our country needs a few years of boring competence to rebuild. Hillary Clinton is especially "militantly" moderate, refusing to take a position outside the mainstream. But that would have been far better than this.

This is going to get FAR WORSE. The economic collapse is too early to see the full extent of what it will be.

Hillary was corrupt. When the Democrat majority comes to that realization and admits it, then more Independents will be happy to listen to them to the betterment of our nation.

Sorry, I don't fall for fear-mongering. All my life I've been told how great something will be or how bad it will be. The result is always never as good as promised or as bad as threatened.

Economic downturn, sure. Are you saying the US wouldn't have had an economic downturn from COVID if Hillary was President? Are you saying she wouldn't be printing money like Trump?

I can certainly understand why you would believe this, but I disagree. Clinton supported the status quo elite, and their system, but I believe she did this because she thought it was best for America. And she does have a point there.

She did not demand the tech elite "invest" in her personal schemes, like trump has. That is blatant corruption.

trump was printing money like crazy in September, BEFORE Covid-19, just to keep the vast majority of American major companies from collapsing into bankruptcy. trump was going deeply into debt years ago, BEFORE Covid-19. We were in an extremely weak economic position, that trump put us in, BEFORE Covid-19.

Now trump has completely mishandled Covid-19, and we are cut off from traveling to the rest of the world. This is the moment in world history where everything changes. Supply chains are completely being reworked. The future order is being set. And Americans are being excluded.

Would Covid-19 still cause a deep recession with Clinton, of course. Would we be on the edge of collapse before Covid-19, no. Would Clinton have mismanaged this as badly, no.

Despite the beliefs of Hillary fans, she was not a goddess nor the best thing since Thomas Jefferson. Your whataboutism arguments aside, the fact remains she'd be printing money due to the pandemic. Less or more is a matter of debate.

Hopefully then eventual answer is "No".

Otherwise we'd be locking up everyone named "Jefferson" because their ancestor was a slave owner. Think how ironic that would play out.

The pandemic was going to be a global disaster whoever became president. It has hit every country, even the countries like North Korea and Kazakhstan who deny it has hit them. It has caused a financial disaster even where the pandemic has not been as bad.

The question is why is America doing so much worse than the rest of the world, and why were we in such bad economic shape to weather this storm. I blame trump's incompetence.

    On that point, we're agreed.

I think we can agree it's due to a failure of leadership. Where we seem to part ways is that you believe the President is King and that King Trump failed causing all of our problems and that Queen Hillary would have saved us like Superman. IMO, the bigger problem is Congress and the even bigger problem is Americans themselves. We, the People have the government we deserve because we've been trending this way since the end of the Cold War. Likewise, it's up to We, the People to unfuck it. One way is to become an informed voter and to actually show up on election day or otherwise being sure to vote.

God bless America and those who defend our Constitution.

I only know a handful of ppl who thought Hillary was a "goddess." The rest of us did not. The rest of us saw her as a not-so-likeable but competent, strong, experienced leader. Did she represent the status quo? You betcha. But corrupt? Nope. 25+ years of the Reichwingers trying to pin shit on her, millions spent on investigations, and you all came up with bupkes.

She is flawed, but she is no where in the league with the corrupt, sociopathic maniacal piece of shit in our WH today. There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that a hundred thousand or more Americans would be alive today if Hillary had won over #COVID45.

In many ways, trump is a symptom of the problem, and not the problem itself. trump will say anything to anyone to get the love his parents never gave him. he has switched political parties half a dozen or so times just looking for someone to love him. Everyone outside of the Alt Right realized he was a sad joke, but the Alt Right supported him. trump will leave office one day, but we are stuck with the Alt Right for the rest of our lives.

This is so true. Owl has posted the perfect description of Clinton.

I think they cling to their mantra "corrupt Hillary" because the truth is too awful to contemplate. She's not corrupt, they were hoodwinked by a conman, and the entire nation is now paying the price for their stupidity.

You forgot "unethical". ....and that's a biggy for me.

Sure, Trump is equally, if not worse, unethical. Hillary easily has both a higher IQ and EQ rating than Trump....but that's what makes her dangerous IMO.

Hillary Rodham Clinton is a brilliant mastermind and crooked to the core. She and Trump rival for "the Greediest Asshole on the Planet" award. The big difference is that Hillary is smart about it and Trump is a fucking moron.....that's exactly the reason I'd rather have the fucking moron as President than a criminal genius: easier to catch and remove from office. Even if that removal only takes place every four years.

God Bless America and PLEASE VOTE!

    Agreed 100% about symptom.

To answer the question of who supports him, consider their motivation; who they are facing, what they want, etc. Let's not forget that the main choices are only the "D" or the "R" despite humanity's rainbow of opinions. This parameter could result in very confusing reactions to those who only see the world in "black and white" or "Democrat and Republican".
