No. They're capitalist failures, specifically the European Central Bank's failures.
And there are plenty of socialist countries that didn't have faltering economies, like South Korea, Germany, Canada, Belgium, Luxembourg (rated #1 place to live in the world), Scandinavia, Holland, etc.
But you never mention those as having faltering economies because of "socialism". How come? How come you don't talk about those countries? And do you honestly think that our current system works?????? A system that has produced a recession, 40M out of work, and 30 million uninsured? How's that working out for us? Or are you just going to pretend none of that happened?
