it could be a mistake. it's for the primary I'm still a registered Dem and am not voting. they sent me a bunch of stuff -i never opted in
but I never opted out.
I just thew primary crap in the trash -except this I opened and destroyed

Clearly the board of elections has no idea WTF it's doing with millions being sent out

I didn't ask for a mail in, I would have never known it was sent except my Russian neighbor
( who values American democracy more then most Americans) was kind enough to bring it over
