Does anyone remember 1995 and OJ Simpson’s “Trial of the Century”? What was the main takeaway from that event? If you say that the legal system worked, you are mistaken. The primary lesson from that international public fiasco was that experts, both legal and scientific, are corrupt and worthless. Now we have Covid-19 and the “experts” are front and center again. Anthony Fauci has replaced Judge Ito of course and his time in the limelight is no less absurd. Do not wear a mask! No, wait a minute, wear a mask! Well, that sounds a lot like an expert does it not? Sometimes the wind blows in different directions and Fauci now, like Ito then, has a wet finger into that moving air, steering decisions designed more to cover his backside than to save us from an episode requiring an expert.

Let us not forget all those political experts in US Congress whose bank accounts are tied to the Chinese who released a pestilence into the midst of a trusting public-Democrats, check, Republicans, check. You see? It is unanimous; the expert$ all agree! It is a legal, political, and scientific consensus! Where would we be without all these experts?

Well, our pharmaceutical industry would probably still be located in the US where we could control it. But that would have deprived our great friends, the People’s Republic of China, the opportunity to stuff road paint into the pills we take to stay alive. But the experts always know best, especially when they are paid well by keeping prices down. Hey, do not worry about what you are swallowing-it is cheap is it not? And those other experts, Personal Injury lawyers, are ready and waiting to make you rich just before you suffer and die a horrible early death.

With all these experts, it is apparently a great time to be alive and exciting too. When you call 911 and no one answers you can load your shotgun and have a shootout like they do in the Middle East. And your last Earthly sight might be watching people descend into a slobbering fit like a rabid dog while they rant about Donald Trump!
