He first covers justice. What he claims should be done there is found in the radical Leftist theory called Disparate Impact Theory, a favorite of Thomas Perez, head of the DNC at the moment. It's an insane idea that justice and economic advantage should be meted out on the basis of artificial measures like race, gender, etc. So, if Blacks are committing more crimes per capita the solution isn't to arrest more Blacks, it is to arrest more Whites so the proportion of Blacks arrested is appropriate to their numbers in society.... This extends to things like loans, housing, etc. It's insane.

Then he brings up domestic tranquility. He makes a exclusive conclusion then tries to argue that it is what is meant by that phrase exclusively. Circular logic there.

Next he covers general welfare and common defense.

Common defense is not about wearing or not wearing a mask. It is about defending the country from all enemies foreign and domestic that would overthrow the government. It isn't about not spreading a contagion. That has to be the single most stupid argument he makes.

In general welfare he argues for the welfare state. Again, not the intent of the document. But what does a guy in a shed know about any of this....
