CNN has previously fact-checked Trump's claim that he has played less golf than his predecessor; Trump has played more than twice as many rounds of golf than former President Barack Obama had at the same point in his presidency. Trump paid his 276th visit to one of his golf properties on Saturday.
Trump also defended his frequent golf-playing by arguing he often gets work done on the links.
"I play VERY fast, get a lot of work done on the golf course, and also get a 'tiny' bit of exercise. Not bad!" he tweeted.
Before winning the presidency, Trump was a frequent critic of Obama for playing golf in office. But Trump has spent many weekends at his various golf properties in Florida, New Jersey and Virginia, sometimes bringing lawmakers or business leaders with him.

I am under a tax audit. I have been for a long time. Once I ran for politics that deal was like didn't make it. I am under a continuing audit and anyone that did that or showed that before you have it finalized ,but they treat me horribly,the IRS. it is a disgrace what happened..We had a deal done.I guess it was signed even. Once I ran or once I won, somewhere back a long time ago.everything was like let's start all over.

Just to point out again: NO ONE would care for a second about this. But Trump went overboard about Obama's golfing in the '16 campaign - and he actually said he would NEVER spend time on the course while in office.
And he has spent MORE time out there than Obama. It's as glaring a case of lying & hypocrisy as we will see in politics. But it's par for the course for Trump. No pun intended.
