The knee to the neck was an approved MPD procedure.

Not for that long. Particularly after he was dead.

    Is excessive force standard procedure?

Plus, I remember in the original video when he was standing in the street with the cops,
Floyd kept saying, "I can't breathe."
We joked about the irony of the COVID part but Floyd may have actually been symptomatic with shortness of breath—while on Fentanyl. With his bad heart, the man was in danger of dying with or without the knee to the neck and that’s exactly what the defense is going to argue.

The cops can be faulted for lack of situational awareness [Floyd should have been placed on his side in the recovery position] but it’s not like they knew Floyd’s medical history and what drugs he was on.

Think about this: all of this rioting, unrest, violence, racial strife, monument toppling and etc, was all based on the death of man who made not have survived a trip in the ambulance.

Yeah, Donald Trump is the problem.

Actually the law reads, and correctly, " all necessary force to compel compliance". What some people might consider excessive is just an escalation of force because they do not comply. In this case though it was definitely excessive.

Yes. It appears that way. Still no reason for kneeling on his neck after death.

All of this violence and bullshit was over nothing. The cops are innocent. They were decent to Floyd. They followed MPD protocol 100%

You leftists can go fuck yourselves. Now we know why that muslime prick Ellison wouldn't release the body cam evidence. He knew it would exonerate the cops.

Fucking leftist bastards. Anyone who bought into this bullshit story is a fucking scumbag. I always knew it was bullshit. Just like Trayvon, and Eric Garner, and Brown and Brooks. What you have are negroes committing crimes and not doing as they are asked. Do fentanyl and die. It isn't complicated.

    FUCK GEORGE FLOYD
Interesting. The store owner said in the transcript that Floyd was "f****d up" and that he was sweating profusely.
The heart attack was probably starting at that time which was why when Floyd was walking & standing with the cops
a few minutes later he kept saying, "I can't breathe, I can't breathe."
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

It’s an approved restraint technique in the Minneapolis police manual.

The prosecution will get nowhere with that.

Saint Floyd died of a drug overdose. It was his choice to take the drugs. Stupid games, stupid prizes and all that.
I'm not an ER doctor. When someone keeps saying that they can't breathe, I would kinda know now to keep my knee on his neck for close to 10 minutes.

And to keep it there when the victim becomes unresponsive.
