Double jeopardy. You can't try a man for the same crime. Framing him as Mueller did will just get thrown out again.

And no you have nothing to bring to the table. No rebuttal and other than hiding behind words nothing of substance. Thank you for clarifying.

Bill Clinton was not convicted either, and served no prison time.

Impeachment is still a major event caused by a "process crime." It had a major impact ruling sitting presidents could be sued in civil actions. He also lost the civil case and agreed to give up his law license.

I did not say it was a crime. I said impeachment is a major event. An event and a crime are not the same thing. Informal fallacy

Except on presidents who are sued in civil cases while in office.

The new SC case says they can also be investigated in state crimes.

HA HA HA yes he was. 7 felonies. Among them lying to the court and congress. He is a disgusting man who certainly belongs with Trump. Witness tampering. Stone was the go-between for Russia/Assange and the Trump campaign. He kept Trump up to date on everything they were doing. This commutation saves Trump. It also keeps Stone out of jail for now. Perhaps he can fight state charges. He surely does not deserve to get away with so many crimes.

He did not lie to the court or Congress. He made some misstatements to Mueller's committee while they were grilling him.

Manufactured 'crimes' by the Mueller committee. Bills of attainder are illegal in the United States.
